Why Every Scheme Needs a Name
A strong name and identity give a building something to be remembered by. It's often one of the simplest ways to make a scheme stand out.

Strategy
Plenty of buildings go to market as an address and a postcode. That works, but it misses an easy opportunity. A name gives agents something to talk about and gives occupiers something to remember after a day of viewings.
A name sets the tone
The right name says something about the building before anyone has seen it. A refurbished warehouse and a new office building call for very different names, and the name shapes how everything else looks and reads.
Identity ties the marketing together
Once there's a name, there's a logo, a colour palette and a typeface to go with it. That's what makes the brochure, the hoarding, the website and the LinkedIn posts look like they belong to the same scheme.
It doesn't need to be complicated
A scheme identity doesn't need the scale of a corporate brand. It needs to be clear, suit the building and work across everything the scheme will use. Done well, it costs little compared with the value it adds over a campaign.
