Planning a Launch That Gets Noticed

The first few weeks on the market matter most. Here's how we plan a scheme launch so the right people see it early.

A building gets the most attention when it first comes to market. Agents are interested, the space is new and there's a reason to talk about it. Launch with half-finished materials and you lose some of that.

Have everything ready on day one

The brochure, website, photography and boards should all be ready before the launch date. It's much harder to build interest later than to make the most of it at the start.

Know who you're talking to

Most commercial lettings come through agents, so they're usually the first audience. A clear email to the agent community, followed by targeted LinkedIn content, puts the scheme in front of the people most likely to bring an occupier.

Keep it going

A launch isn't a one-off. Progress updates, new photography or a newly let floor all give a reason to get back in touch. Keeping the marketing current shows the building is moving.
