Drone Footage: Showing What the Brochure Can't
Aerial stills and video show access, surroundings and scale in a way ground-level photography can't. Here's when they're worth it.

Some buildings are easier to understand from above. Industrial estates, business parks and sites with good road links often make more sense in a single aerial shot than in any amount of copy.
Showing location and access
An aerial image makes it obvious how close the motorway is, where the loading bays are and how much yard space there is. For logistics and industrial occupiers, that's often the deciding factor.
Giving a sense of scale
Ground-level photos struggle to show the size of a large site or a multi-building estate. Drone footage shows the whole picture in one frame.
Planning the shoot
Drone work depends on the weather, airspace permissions and the right time of day. Building it into the schedule early avoids rushing it at the end.
