Overview
NTSK Properties needed marketing on site for a residential scheme at Queens Square in Crawley. We designed the hoarding and marketing boards, giving the scheme a clear identity on the street while works were under way.

The Challenge
A building site can be one of the most visible places in a town, but it rarely says anything about what is being built. Queens Square sits in a busy, central location, and NTSK Properties wanted to use that footfall to build awareness of the scheme well before completion.
The hoarding had to look good at street level, read clearly from a distance and hold up over a long build period. It also needed to show the scheme as a quality place to live, not just a construction site, so that interest would be building by the time homes came to market.
The solution
We designed a hoarding scheme and a set of marketing boards that work together along the site frontage. Bold, simple messaging and strong visuals make the scheme easy to read at a glance, with key information and contact details placed so they can be seen from the pavement and the road.
The result gives Queens Square a clear presence in the town centre throughout construction. Instead of a blank site, NTSK Properties now has a hoarding that promotes the scheme every day and helps generate early interest ahead of launch.
