Padel Tree

2026

Overview

Padel Tree needed a way to introduce themselves to landlords as they looked for new sites. We created a landlord pack that sets out who they are, how they operate and why they make a strong tenant.

The Challenge

Padel is still a relatively new sport in the UK, and many landlords haven't dealt with a padel operator before. When Padel Tree approached a landlord about a site, they were often asking them to take a chance on a type of tenant they knew little about.

Landlords want confidence that an operator is established, well funded and able to commit to a lease. Padel Tree had that track record, but it was spread across emails, conversations and separate documents. They needed a single, professional pack that could answer those questions up front and help them get serious consideration from landlords and their agents.

The solution

We created a landlord pack that brings Padel Tree's story together in one clear document. It opens with who they are and how they operate, then moves through their track record, their existing sites and the funding behind their growth. Each section answers a question a landlord would ask before taking on a new tenant, so the pack builds confidence as it goes.

The design reflects Padel Tree's brand and keeps the information easy to scan, with strong imagery of their existing sites alongside the key facts. The result is a professional pack that Padel Tree can send to landlords and agents ahead of site discussions. They now walk into those conversations as an established operator rather than an unknown name.
